I applied a few years ago. Maybe 3 and the program was cancelled. I am 26 now and will that disqualify me from trying to apply?
Hello,
You may apply for 2015. Please just make a note of this in your application. Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Are young people who are not from BB are encouraged to apply or no? If yes, what are their chances of getting in? Long shot?
